Owner-side oversight for international clients.
OSC was developed through Olsen Steiner when international clients with residential and hospitality projects in Vietnam needed a local team focused on the owner’s outcome rather than contractor-side execution.
The unit supported projects from specification and contractor selection through delivery, with emphasis on quality control, subcontractor management, budget and timeline oversight, technical coordination, procurement support and issue resolution.
Assignments included residential and hospitality work in Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Minh City, including luxury villas. The role was to help clients receive the project they had commissioned — at the expected quality, specification and finish.
