SojiLabs International developed consumer-health products and a direct-to-consumer operating platform across Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia.
Its scope combined formulation work with manufacturing partners, regulatory coordination, brand development, distribution, fulfilment and dedicated customer operations. Approximately 200 call-centre operators worked across the network at its historical peak.
