A project-led approach. Not grant chasing.

WHAT YOU CAN ENGAGE US FOR

From funding fit to delivery readiness.

01

Funding-readiness review

A criteria-based shortlist, applicant and project-fit assessment, missing-evidence checklist and a practical go / no-go route.

02

Application & partner coordination

Project narrative, work packages, budget assumptions, partner roles and coordination of specialist inputs and submission preparation.

03

Award-to-delivery support

Where an award is secured, coordinate milestones, evidence, reporting inputs and change control within the agreed mandate.

Scope and fees are agreed before work starts. Funding bodies decide eligibility and awards. We do not guarantee an award or publish unverified grant-win figures.

ONE PROJECT. DISTINCT FUNDING ROUTES.

Know which conversation you are having.

Grants & programme support

Competitive or rule-based support for defined eligible activities.

Public-sector partnerships

Projects developed with municipalities, regions, universities or other public-interest partners.

Loans, guarantees & investment

Different instruments with different obligations; not grants and not assumed to be non-repayable.

Public procurement

A contract to deliver a service or works, with its own procurement rules — not the same as receiving a grant.

WHERE THIS FITS OUR PORTFOLIO

The same discipline. Different work packages.

Healthspan Built Environment

Assess demonstrator, applied-research, skills, environmental-performance and community-use components separately. Public funding for an eligible work package does not mean subsidising the whole residential development.

FillMyCourt

Assess eligible digital-innovation work separately from sport-participation or inclusion projects developed with clubs, federations or public partners. A commercial booking product is not automatically eligible for a sport grant.

Continuum

Assess genuine innovation, research collaboration or workforce-development components where a call matches the applicant and proposed work. Do not imply medical validation or grant eligibility from the product category alone.

ReBloom

Assess eligible practitioner training, business development or internationalisation components. Ordinary service revenue and all operating costs are not automatically grant-financeable.

REFERENCE LANDSCAPE

Programme examples, not a list of open calls.

We check the actual call before recommending a route. A programme name is not evidence that an applicant or project qualifies.

BOUNDARIES THAT MATTER

Clear scope protects the project.

What do we need to assess a project?

A non-confidential summary, applicant entity and country, project location, stage, timing, indicative budget, own contribution and potential partners. Do not send sensitive personal data.

Does every project have a grant route?

No. Some projects or cost items do not fit available programmes. We distinguish a relevant grant pathway from customer-funded development, debt, private investment or a public procurement opportunity.

Is all funding non-dilutive or non-repayable?

No. Instruments differ. Loans must normally be repaid, equity involves ownership, and grants come with conditions and possible recovery if those conditions are not met. We assess the actual instrument and agreement.

Who carries professional and delivery responsibilities?

Olsen Steiner coordinates project development and the agreed funding workstream. Programme bodies make award decisions; applicants retain their responsibilities. Qualified legal, tax, accounting, technical or accredited specialists are engaged where required.

What is the status of portfolio funding?

The portfolio descriptions show funding-development priorities. They do not claim secured grants, approved eligibility or existing public-sector contracts. Any awarded-funding case will be disclosed only when verified and authorised.
